A Better You On Purpose

For me – It had to be on purpose

The thought of seeking the Lord to change my spouse was out of order.  He said He made each of us, “fearfully and wonderfully.” Ps 139:14

A spiritual healing is the tune-up I needed to get my marriage back on track, the second time  around.  Years into the marriage and still no peacefulness.  You’d think, “Who needs this?”  Ready to run and then realizing this is a God thing.  Therefore, knowing I had to make it work.  Still feeling overwhelmed and put down. 

The confusion, sarcasm and empty words thrown out that meant nothing.  With a false since of, “I got the last word.”  I finally recognized my marriage was under attack, again.  What could I do to overcome this?  Wanting peace and contentment in this life shouldn’t be so hard.

I had to take it to the Lord, that was my only choice!
